Bart a fun guy. Bart’s Bakery or Bart and Judy’s Bakery (they’re known by both) located Los Angeles, California in a super huge factory with an extremely loyal client base was already in Walmart, Multiple grocery stores including TJ Maxx, on QVC, and morning news with their product. We were able to meet with him in his office/factory a few times and left with bags of cookies (yum). Although they were receiving an sufficient amount of sales they wanted and needed more and to reach more people with their yummy cookies. They had an older website and are an older couple they were afraid they dated branding, logo, and website at the time were holding them back. They received a new logo and put it on their old site and didn’t feel it fit and decided to complete their company online overhaul. I assisted and advised with the direction of branding and marketing and they were in dire need of a new website.
We recreated their website on Shopify with custom videos. We also completed their search engine optimization onsite and offsite search engine optimization (SEO), and seeking more press articles as a tactic to improve their offsite search engine optimization (SEO). We also assisted them by assisting and advising on videos, marketing, and company direction. While we visited him a few days after we were able to relieve their full marketing department allowing them to focus on another company of theirs. We also created and optimized their social media marketing campaign on Facebook and Instagram that they were already running only on Facebook, and had their marketing department in their factory managing. After campaign optimization adjusting their targeting, expanding their locations, etc. We improved traffic and brand awareness online. Increasing traffic by 89% and social media engagement by 50% – 80% on Facebook and sales by 38% – 50%. The work we provided lightened the load for them to focus on another they owned in the same factory. Although they were okay with branding on their other company; sales as it was less known and had far less PR and attention.
