    Safe Cove Group located in Lake Forest, California offers health insurance, life insurance, and annuities. Was in need of a rebrand, new website, and leads as they had stale and unresponsive leads that were 20-30 years old and if they did contact or respond they didn’t purchase.

    Although the owner chose a different company for logo and website design as he had existing contracts in place with Insurance retailers. I provided direction and worked with the companies to complete the rebranding. I did the same for marketing providing direction and expert advice. I worked with the owner in person most of the time as I was a friend of the family.

    We assisted Safe Cove Group get setup on Infusionsoft to get prepared for migrating from an old CRM that they were using for the past 20 years or slightly less. We decided on Infusionsoft after discussing numerous platforms and just wanting results.  After the migration was complete and all contacts were migrated or moved to InfusionSoft. We started working on the 7-20 automated email sequence that we created with videos included in the emails to generate more leads and revive his customer base. Also integrated appointment booking automation running off of Safe Cove Groups or the Insurance Brokers (the owner) calendar, and availability  in the emails so that clients can book a call after they request a quote. Increasing sales and lead response and lead response time. We created all sales funnels  and landing pages designed to convert in Infusionsoft for the email marketing automation campaign centered on lead generation and reviewed all text in the emails as it was provided by the owner and his wife for the campaign.

    After the full build out of the campaign I remember we launched it on a Friday and generated 58 leads in the first hour of the campaign sending to over 20,000 contacts. We generated Safe Cove Group in total over $3.5 million dollars in gross revenue in less than 3 short months offering life insurance and during open enrollment time for health insurance.
